Veggie Broth
1/2 head fennel
7 large carrots
3 mediun whit onions
1 green apple
1/2 bunch of celery
1/2 bunch parsley stems
3 cloves of Garlic
Coarsely chop all ingredients and place in a large pot.
Fill with cold water 5 inches above veggies.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 1hr and 40 min.
skim the foam bubbles off top every 1/2 hr.
Let cool and discard veggies.
The bolded ingredients are the base of the vegetable broth, any other ingredients may be omitted. Please feel free to use other vegetables, Herbs and spices. Consult your practitioner with any questions.
