When on program it is important to eat, eat, and eat! There is no maximum or minimum when it comes to the amount of food you eat as long as you are eating when you are hungry. Below are some recipes to show that while on program you will be eating delicious food and still lose inches and detoxify!

Vegetable Stock          

  1. Coarsely chop all vegetables and place in a large pot
  2. Fill the pot with cold water 5 inches above the vegetables
  3. Bring to a simmer
  4. Let simmer for one hour and 40 minutes – checking every half hour to skim foam bubbles off of the top.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Discard all of the vegetables.
  7. Store in refrigerator or freezer in various containers of various sizes. This stock can be used for sauteeing or soups!


No Salt Pico de Gallo

  1. Cut the stem off the top of the tomatoes and then an "x" on the bottom of the tomatoes.
  2. Submerge each tomato into a pot of boiling water. Remove the tomato when you see the skin start to seperate and immediately submerge into an ice water bath.
  3. When cooled, peel the skins off the tomatoes, slice them into quarters, and remove the pulp and seeds. Then dice the tomatoes.
  4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and pepper.
  5. Place in refridgerator in a covered container for two days. After the first day, drain all the water from the salsa and squeeze another wedge of lime into it.
  6. On the second day, drain excess fluids. Adjust seasonings with lime or pepper to taste. Enjoy!



      Red Cabbage with Apples

  1. Saute Granny Smith apples in saute pan.
  2. Add red onion, and saute until brown using a small amount of water to deglaze the pan.
  3. Add pureed Honeycrisp apples and just enough water to thin the puree to a sauce.
  4. Add cabbage, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from head and add cinnamon and honey to taste.



Cauliflower Mash      

  1. Steam cauliflower and garlic until very tender.
  2. While steaming, heat up vegetable broth.
  3. Mix cauliflower and garlic in a food processor, slowly adding the brother until desired consistency.
  4. Use fork or spoon to mix in chopped chives
    • For an added treat, mix in shrimp or fresh lobster meat during this step.
